Ben represents clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution, investigation, and litigation and trademark counseling. He counsels companies of all sizes in protecting and monetizing their intellectual property.
Ben’s background in engineering allows him to work in a variety of technical fields and product categories. Ben has experience in all stages of patent procurement, from drafting patent applications to directing and arguing appeals before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, Ben practices in all stages of litigation in federal courts.
